I've been wanting to sell my house for a while, but didn't know about the route to take.  I decided to go with the lease option.  I'm not in a hurry to sell, my fiance already owns a house, but I wanted it off my hands.  It's been easy so far, I'm a bit relieved.  I decided to go with a company called W H Investments.  So far they've been great, gotten my payments on time and quickly.  I'm looking forward to closing on it in a little less than a year!  If you're selling a house you should go with them.  They're an investment company so you'd have to see if your property would work for them, but the lady, her name is Joanne Pearce was really nice to work with.  So if you're selling a house, or just want to rent it before you sell and make some more income, go with them!
